IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO RECEIVE YOUR FOOD ON TIME OR AT ALL ITS DELICIOUS. Twice now in just over a week we have been not only let down by there delivery partners. Ordered over £50 last Tuesday waiting 1 1/2 hours, said on app food was on way, on tracking the driver was all over Bradford. Called shop and was told food had not been collected and was still there, can you come and collect it. We collect it and the food was the original food that they had cooked over 2 hours before that had been sat under the warmer. Complaining to uber eats was a waste of time they would not refund any of the money as we had the food. Guess what the same tonight rang to ask when food was going to arrive, no drivers can you collect. Because we said no we could cancel the order and receive the refund.
