Lovely ice cream, lovely place 🍧🍨but looking tired!

Great choice of ice-cream tastes really good, and helpful staff.

Amongst our group we tried strawberry, bubble gum, mint choc chips, tooth fruit, double cream ,and peach sorbet all were delicious .

It may be because they have had a busy summer but looking a little worn.

The animal enclosures could also do with a freshen up.

There is a children's play area based on farming vehicles if say for 2 to 8 year olds.

There is a toilet and disabled toilet available again needs freshening up.

We will return as it's a great local family run attraction but I do hope they invest a little time and money to keep...

An amazing place to take the kids and it's free! My son is nearly two and loved it. He wasn't too fussed about their being farm animals there but, we still spent nearly an hour playing on the playground which was perfect for his age.

I'd have happily paid for the playground especially if there was a little bit more there.

We went on a Monday afternoon for the last hour before closing and it was still quite busy. I might avoid peak times on sunny days.

The ice-cream itself is worth the trip alone, reasonably priced and amazing quality. I think I'll be taking a cold bag with me next time as they sell it in litre tubs...

First visit here and will be my last. I took my 3yr old granddaughter, the reviews were good so why not? I was extremely concerned that vehicles were allowed to park by the shop and the play area, some were driving like idiots, inches away from people queuing for ice cream. They are turning round in such a small area I'm surprised there hasn't been an accident. The children are running all over that area, someone will get hurt. There is a car park and you can park on the road so why allow all these cars to park there?

I won't be taking my grand...

Support your local farmers. Buy your produce directly from the farms! We went to Goodalls for the famed ice cream and it was a great experience. It's a farm shop with enclosures for alpacas, goats, chickens, cows, ponies and sheep which you can pet but not feed. The ice cream was indeed rich, flavourful and not small in portion sizes. We tried the coconut, chocolate, double cream, apple pie and hocus pocus. 3x double-scoops and a triple scoop. A pleasant afternoon and £19 very well spent.
