We had our wedding reception here March 2023. We got what we wanted and more. The buffet was beautiful. The room looked stunning. The landlord’s Carl & Sarah went above and beyond to make our day special. It was much more than that, it was perfect. Our guests have all commented about how lovely it was. Sarah was an amazing host. We love this place. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere each time we go. I can’t recommend The Marquis of Granby enough. They say when you get married it’s the best day of your life. Both Carl & Sarah helped make that happen. Forever grateful.

Having not been to the Granby since the 90's we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was. Staff were all friendly, waitresses were polite and left the right amount of time between courses/ordering etc. Quality of food was up there with some of the best country pubs I've been to which I wasn't expecting with it been tucked away in the middle of Riddlesden. Although we didn't sit in the bar it looked clean and cosy, dogs were welcome. A very homely atmosphere. We will certainly be back soon.

After a long walk by the canal we were pleased to find the Marquis of Granby open and called in for some refreshment. Received a warm welcome and after a Guinness, Cider and some pleasant chat we decided to walk back to Bingley instead of catching the bus. Can't comment about the food as we did not partake but it is definitely worth a visit. Amended opening hours :- Mon -Thurs 14:00 till late.

After the original place we was suppose to go for my sons birthday letting us down 30 mins before we was supposed to be there we ended up going here. The lady, I'm not sure if she was the manager or the landlady but she went above and beyond for us all and made my sons birthday special. They put banners and balloons out for him off there own back helped with the cake and so much more. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I honestly do not have a bad thing to say. The play area was great for the kids, the pub was very clean. I'm glad we ended up going there. The chef is amazing not only Is his food the best we've had but he was so nice and friendly aswell. Honestly the best pub/restaurant ive been too. All my bookings will be booked here from now....

Food was mediocre at best, service was truly appalling with staff drinking with the rowdy customers over taking orders, in a time of covid it was disappointing to see a complete lack of social distancing being enforced to the customers outside chanting football songs whilst standing on furniture. If you're in the area I would suggest a tesco sandwich would be a more satisfying meal than a visit to this establishment.

A real shame as the pub its self has real potential to be a lovely place to visit overlooking a beautiful canal view. With some new staff and stricter policing of the customers behavior could be a really attractive place to eat on a visit to the...

A family Sunday lunch, great staff always checking we were OK..food, I had a steak and Ale pie, the taste was great, however, some of the beef was overcooked and hard to chew..my wife had the Sunday roast pork dish, pork overcooked, hard to cut through, the cauliflower cheese was dump into a small pot didn't taste great or even look like cauliflower cheese. My eldest daughter had a beef burger, it was greasy, the burger was dry and the bread bun fell apart when you tried to pick it up. My youngest had a hot dog, this was very tasty and she loved it. I didn't complain but told them when I paid and they thank me for...
