A Gem for Fish and Chips Lovers
The Stockbridge Arms fish and chips shop has certainly made a name for itself in the local community, despite its history of changing hands and names. The venue is easy to find, with a spacious car park that makes it a hassle-free stop for anyone craving some classic British fare.
It's clear that the current owners have brought a refreshing vibe to the establishment. The staff are consistently warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a pleasant experience. Their friendliness makes you feel right at home, whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor.
The speed of service even during busy periods is great and the team works efficiently to ensure that customers receive their orders promptly. As for the food itself, it is truly second to none. It’s evident that quality is a top priority here, as is the tantalising aroma and beautiful presentation.
For those who prefer to dine in, the shop has a charming little dining area that's perfect for enjoying your meal on-site. It provides a cosy atmosphere that allows you to savour the delicious food without the rush of takeout. However, if you decide to take your meal home, the packaging is secure, ensuring that your fish and chips arrive in perfect condition.

Asked for some more chips and wasn't charged. All very tasty. All cost £8 The restaurant in clean and tydy and staff are friendly. There is also wheelchair access on both entrances. Plenty of parking at the rear of...
