Moo Restaurant — Restaurant in Bradford

We went to this restaurant on 13/08/2021 for a birthday party and was very disappointed with the quality of the food and the drinks. The food was of very poor quality and there was not enough to go round, for example the pizza’s were from a freezer and had very little toppings on them, also 1 Stan pie was provided and only fed 6 people. Also the beers were not up to a good standard and 1 of them were sour. I felt very sorry for the people who payed for this as they definitely didn’t get there money’s worth at all. Also you had to go to another bar with in the complex to get your beers as the bar in the restaurant didn’t have beer to serve to the customers. So i would highly recommend that if you do want to have a gathering here, that you make it clear as to what food you want...

Halloween Tea. Very disorganised. Finally got a drink 45 mins after arriving. Food disappointing. Everything seemed rushed, staff (the few that there were ) were rushing around taking orders but nothing being served. Finally after over an hour food served. Hopefully this experience will set them up for future events. The venue is lovely, and the staff that were working, were apologetic and sympathetic. This is not good customer service. Staff should not have to apologise for errors that were made. I don't know why we pre ordered the kids food. Made absolute no difference as everything was late and too much for the kitchen. Unfortunately I will not be going again. I do wish them all the best...

Four of us went at 6:00pm on a Wednesday evening, there were a few other diners present when we arrived and the restaurant filled up as the evening progressed. Three of us ordered sirloin steaks, rare and medium rare and the forth ordered pulled pork on a bed of chips. Drinks were a bottle of wine, a coke and an orange juice.

The steaks were really tasty although a bit tougher than I would have ideally liked. The pulled pork was very nice. We finished off with two tasty deserts and two coffees with the bill coming to just short of £100. During the meal, the service was good and the staff were friendly.

So four stars out of 5, the lost star for the steaks which could have been...
