Ordered food through Hungryhouse.co.uk at 11:45. Initially the delivery time was quoted 12:30. Later received an update for 12:47. At 12:51 rang to ask where is my order. Was assured that the driver "is setting off and will be there in 5 minutes". 15 minutes later rang again, as they obviously lied about that. We live 3-4 minutes away from that place. Was assured that driver just left. 5 minutes later finally received the order. Out of 2 mains and one extra, only extra (chicken rolls) were of acceptable quality. The mains were complete rubbish. Not good experience. Definitely not...

Made order on just eat for collection got there on time still sat there for 25 mins to be told they ran out of child's meal my child is autistic and won't eat anything else now having a melt down attack due to them why accept an order when you havnt got the items disgusted in the service will never use again go elsewhere plenty better and cheaper than this place staff very confrontational and nasty avoid...

Absolutely disgusted in the food. On Friday night I got a chicken fillet burger and everything was good until I got home, the driver was late and rude. I got home desperately needing the toilet, it got to be bedtime I was nontsop throwing up chips🤮 I’ve had a really bad kidney infection and IBS, ive been in pure agony for a week, weeping everyday from the pain. Tbh it’s not even a one star, really...
