Cafe South & Buttershaw Youth Service — Restaurant in Bradford

Alright, so I had to get my car fixed, and they told me it'd take a solid three hours. My little one and I needed a spot to chill and grab some breakfast, so I hit up Google looking for a cafe nearby.

Stumbled upon this place with killer reviews, and everyone was going on and on about their jacket potatoes. I was like, "Okay, gotta try this!" And seriously, I was NOT disappointed. The portion size was massive for what I paid, and it tasted amazing. We also got the English breakfast, which was spot on.

The owner and the ladies working there were seriously the nicest people. They kept checking on us to make sure we were good. The owner, Saif, saw my little guy was getting antsy and actually opened up their basketball court just for him to play! Talk about going the extra mile – him and the ladies were just awesome.

Honestly, I'm definitely coming back here. Big shout out to Cafe South for being so great with my toddler and me. That's what I call top-notch...

Saw a Facebook post today with the most amazing looking jacket potatoes that I immediately called up to order one and some of the fresh chips with cheese and I was not disappointed! The jacket was by far the biggest I’ve ever seen and could probably feed an entire family! Stuffed with cheese and tuna mayo with a hearty helping of crispy onions and side salad and the fresh cooked chips were just as mouth watering. I would have been happy to pay twice the price if not more. Lovely staff, prompt service will definitely be back for more...

I've visited 3 times, last time with my family. Great place to eat the food is lovely, and very reasonably priced my husband praised the scrambled eggs as been just how he likes them as they were lovely and creamy. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, offering newspapers to read if you wish and even complimentary biscuits for your tea and coffee.
