Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Braintree

Perfectly fine, the same high standard of coffee as all other Costa shops. The space is a little less inviting than a high street version but it caters for shoppers and assumes people are not bedding in for long. Also, there are lockable cupboards to park your trolley so you can visit after you have shopped. The chap complaining about no napkins clearly does not use Costa much as you can ask for a napkin as they don’t dispense them like the grab one, get ten in McDonalds so that paper is not wasted.
