Wild Bean Cafe — Restaurant in Braintree

Without doubt the rudest and most unhelpful staff of any wild bean. I have travelled the country using bp and I have never been spoken to or treated the way the staff treat you here. They seriously need customer service training. Trying to order coffee from the girl texting on her phone, when she finally finished her conversation I was told to join the other line waited 10 minutes to only go back to her to order as she then opened till waited another 10 minutes for 1 coffee. Very poor service. I'm not one for leaving negative comments but the service i got was terrible. I ordered a coffee at the main till, the cashier called down to her colleague who wasn't listening and just giggling messing about, so i waited at the collection point, after some time i got acknowledged , the giggling blonde then asked what I'd ordered which she then made, she wiped her nose with her hand then put the lid on the coffee .
