The Iced Vegan — Restaurant in Breckland District

What is there to say? 35 five star reviews can't be wrong (make that 36). My husband and I are not vegan and we have no particular ties to Norfolk or to Trudy of The Iced Vegan. Nevertheless, we noticed on Google that the Iced Vegan was based near our venue, so we asked her to make our wedding cake in August. We sent her a picture for reference of what we were thinking and had one Zoom consultation (we don't live in the UK). It was a dramatic and unusual design with four tiers. The cake turned up at the venue four months later absolutely perfect. We were kind of amazed by the lack of effort on our part, and the sheer perfection from Trudy. And it tasted, as everyone says in the reviews below, amazing. Moist, delicious — easily as good as, if not better, than any non-vegan wedding cake we can remember. The chocolate biscoff flavour is something else!...

I cannot thank Trudy enough. Our wedding cake was delicious and we had so many compliments regarding it. She was so gracious and understanding, going out of her way to ensure everything was exactly what we needed. Even when I made the huge mistake of not informing her of a venue change (my mind was in the clouds 😬) she was so lovely and understanding. Someone told me in the planning stages that cake is mostly left at the end of the evening - not in our case! Neither me or my husband are vegan however we tasted Trudy’s cakes at a wedding fayre and knew we had to have her make our cake. We don’t eat a lot of cake really but I could eat her cakes all day, they are absolutely delicious. None of our guests could believe the cake was vegan and it was so nice for our vegan guest to be having the same as everyone else.
