Pizza Hut Southmead — Restaurant in Bristol

Shortened version of below; Rude staff and incorrect items received. What we did get was also burnt. Should have gone to Domino’s!

Ordered chicken, got chaos instead 🍕🐔❌

Placed a delivery order which included 7 chicken strips (see receipt + picture attached). Instead, we received two portions of spicy nacho things we didn’t order, and absolutely no chicken. Garlic bread was also burnt.

I called the store to politely explain the mix-up and was met with a woman who was aggressive, rude, and shouting over me. She insisted we’d ordered something from the new menu (which we didn’t), and when I asked her name and how to make a complaint, she hung up on me.

Five minutes later, she rang back while we were trying to eat, only to continue shouting and telling me I was wrong. I explained (again) what I had ordered and asked her not to call me again as I was genuinely feeling sick after how she’d spoken to me. She refused to give her name, then gave a clearly made-up one when pressed.

Honestly, I’ve never had such an appalling experience with Pizza Hut before. The food was wrong, the garlic bread was burnt, and the customer service was disgraceful. Felt too sick to eat more...

NOT RECOMMEND WAT SO EVER, food is vile arrives cold most of the time i was gunna give them another chance but never again! there service is even worse absolutely shocking, the man just hung up on me he was soooooo rude i cnt explain n now im ringing bk to tell him about himself hes not answering which he dnt know i can be another customer and im ringing of another number, my cousin went in not long ago and they called her a fat B** so she smashed there computer up rightfully so, there just shocking in every way dnt know how they aint bin shut down i havent met one person that has said there food is nice or anything good about them, literally nothing but negative comments, DO NOT GO THERE plz shut them down and put a nice pizza place there its a waste of...

Worst pizza I think I've ever eaten. It's just been delivered 5 minutes ago, pepperoni stuffed crust with honey drizzle. It's STONE COLD! The cheese has gone hard because it's so cold. And it's covered in honey, no it's not a drizzle, just loaded in honey, it's soggy. It's literally so disgusting, I've binned it. £32 for 1 disgusting pizza. I lifted up a slice of pizza and honey was just pouring off of it, it's pooling in-between the cuts of the slices. Do you understand what a drizzle is? The honey is just leaking from the pizza, see the photo...so gross. The entire base is soggy like it's been dipped in water....
