Smiler's Cafe — Restaurant in Bristol

Smilers cafe is ok. To get a cup of tea in this cafe you need to go looking for a member of staff who are normally in the back yard smoking and playing with there phones. And they don't seem to take there customers in mind this cafe may as well be a self service. The prices of food is moderate to expensive. I don't often use this cafe due to how it is run by the staff. It is moderately clean. Around a couple of years ago me and my boyfriend were sat in this cafe with a cup of tea. Travelled from Swansea to try this cafe that my son keeps raving about. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, i had nice soft buttery toast, lovely cooked eggs with lovely sausages, and bacon with a cup of velvety hot chocolate. The food was cooked to profection. Been here before and fine but todays experience was nothing but farcical. The women waitresses were running around with dishes with no orders, no cutlery, no napkins. Drinks were dire (even a basic tea). Cheap but not worth the visit unless you like to be surrounded by work men and smokers....
