They make so many mistakes. They forget to put things in the orders. The food is always appalling thrown together. You order a burger something is always missing from it eg mustard etc then the salad are all lettuce and just ONE tomato if you are lucky If you order something that comes with a dip you are sure never to get the dip at all. Fizzy drinks are disgusting now. No fizz and definitely NO taste just taste like water half the time. Coffee well what's the point of ordering a salted caramel latte ?¿ You get no cream and it tastes like a normal latte and coffee is always cold. They make it so early before food is ready that it stands and goes cold and the cream has already melted WASTE OF MONEY!¡ The fries are horrible always cold and not cooked properly Its rates it's self on good staff as well but I have have so many bad experiences I have been turned away by staff One day I went into a drive thru I'm disabled can't walk and the lady on the order desk time was 11.04am told me that I couldn't have breakfast as I was to late but I also couldn't buy any hot food either all I could buy was sweet treats NO GOOD IF YOU ARE A DIABETIC... And also I wasn't allowed to buy any hot drinks only cold. NEVER FELT SO UPSET ABOUT GOING into a drive thro. NEVER been in that one since staff are rude and not polite at all. Mind you the price increases take the limit is it really worth it £1.49 for a hash brown disgusting!!!! The food is not appealing either anymore never do new things always the same boring food. I honestly never go in one now unless I have too. More people should complain about the drinks and food and staffs attitudes. It may be a better shop like...

Ask for extra sauce? Expect to get so much that it drips all over your face, your clothes, the bread and the box.

Ask for extra salad? Expect to get so much that your burger won't fit in your mouth, or so little that they clearly didn't even bother.

Don't ask for either? Get a burger with bread and a 5p size splodge of sauce and two lettuce slithers, and a 5p dollop of diced onion. Basically, you will just get a hamburger no matter what you order if you don't ask for extras, but sometimes, they really take the P and overflow your box to the point where you feel like going back and throwing it at them.

This is why we need more burger kings.

Also, NEVER let them bring your food to the car and give you the milkshake first, as it will be warm as they take so long to get your food cooked (fast - yeah right) and then by the time you get home, you will have milk soup, not milk shake.

Sloppy food at it's finest. They need to learn from burger king and get some quality assurance, flavour and take a little pride in ensuring that their customers food is nice to eat.

Those glossy photos you see on their menu's are never what you get - I've had big macs that resemble the leaning tower of pisa.

Sort yourselves out McDonald's - when we order a burger that includes salad or sauce as part of the ingredients - we expect to get that, not some bread and a couple of 5 day old wilted leaves that look like they're sad.

I called here to get a bite to eat on my way home from a night shift, it was 5:55am, went to the drive through, one car in front of me and one behind so it wasn't busy, i ordered two x double sausage muffins without the eggs, not a big order is it ?, i was abruptly TOLD, not asked, to park in order bay one, the car originally in front of me had gone, the car behind me pulled up in order bay two, by 06:05 there was another three cars in the queue waiting at the order Bay area, then a young lad came out and gave a bag of food to the person behind me in bay two, then a third person got their food at 06:10, finally my order was handed to me at 06:15, i asked the girl why it had taken so long, i wasn't abrupt or unpleasant in any way with her, she replied " i dont know" and offered me a free drink, which i politely refused, i can't say her tone of voice was bad, she seemed more flustered and embarrassed, i actually felt it was a situation that wasn't her fault, so this is no complaint regarding this girl. my complaint is twenty minutes from ordering to receiving my food, early morning, nowhere near busy, it is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be quick and convenient, customers ordering after me yet getting their food before me, i will drive past in future, make my own breakfast at home and be in bed quicker than i would if i...
