We found this wee gem amongst the broads (incredible location) on our boat trip last week and enjoyed the most delicious home made lunch by Helen- the lovely hostess, owner and brilliant cook. Six of us enjoyed tasty pulled pork and coleslaw sandwiches, amazing pasta salads, hot chocolates and yummy rocky roads and muffins. We absolutely loved everything about it including the cute van with beautiful views. Brilliant location, lovely owner and absolutely the best lunch we had on our holiday. Extremely highly recommended. Go out of your way to eat here! We’ll be back. Thank you Helen and wishing best to your partner.

Nice location to grab a coffee while boating on the Broads. Service was slow and not overly friendly, even though I tried to make conversation and comment on what a beautiful place it is to work. Coffees around the ÂŁ3 mark, although sadly the coffee and Mocha were terrible. Hot chocolate and tea were fine.

What a wonderful treat after a long day on the Broads. A very tasty hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows, a refreshing cup of english tea and a nice chat with a very lovely lady. Thank you!

Awful treatment recieved here today, wouldnt tell me what cold drinks where available as I couldnt read the boards. I recieved a rude response and pointing gesture at the front boards of the stall. Being visually impaired I couldnt read these hence asking. But the owner made it crystal clear she had no time or kindness in her to just tell me. Instead I had to leave close to tears, I did return to say It was utterly disgraceful and poor customer service. No apology offered, just well you should have said. I'm asking you a question and expect decent customer service. If i'm standing infront of a board yet still ask the question then I obviously require your help. Not to be disabilty shamed and have to explain myself. Would you mortify a poor person who cant read by expecting them to explain themselves to you? I'd hope not. I'm sure there is this beautiful saying - not every disability is visible. A very cold hearted woman, who clearly hates being stuck in her little stall. Date of...

Very unfriendly lady owner! Couldn’t even make a simple cup of tea for a slightly early customer. It was 15-20 minutes to opening time but if she wants returning customers rather than no customers she needs another course in customer service. I don’t think it was too hard to make a simple cup of tea or even an offer of something else that doesn’t need a bit of preparation. The otter lady also had a go at my young kids because they unknowingly ran through a side gate but she didn’t then say anything to an adult when he went through the same gate two minutes later! Brilliant idea to have a little set up down there in such a lovely location. Shame the prices aren’t as lovely. Very overpriced and I don’t know why she thinks she can charge that much. Hope she feels guilty for robbing the general public of their money. I wouldn’t mind paying a bit more for the convenience of the refreshments but I’d rather see the profits go to...
