Wow what a lovely little tearoom! We were given such a kind warm welcome by Natalie on arrival and were shown to our table in the beautiful tearoom. We decided to try the sweet and savoury afternoon tea with a pot of tea and coffee, the presentation was beautiful and everything was so fresh, the vegetarian option was carefully thought out with falafels and avegetarian sausage roll which was truly scrumptious. We were offered top ups on our drinks by Sarah who was so kind and caring. The cakes were lovely and fresh and the scones were really moist. The whole experience was so lovely and it was so nice to be welcomed with our dogs who were in their pushchair they loved the sausages that we ordered for them and were so happy and relaxed. Thank you so much for having us and we will definitely be back soon and will be certain to recommend this lovely little tea room. p.s. We had such a lovely afternoon here. We booked the tearoom for a birthday afternoon tea and it was wonderful! The homemade food was all delicious: sandwiches, cakes and scones with a choice of tea, coffee, herbal teas or milkshake and lots more. They catered for a variety of dietary requirements including one gluten free which was also delicious. They even provided a child's afternoon tea which went down a treat! Children are very welcome here and ours were given a box of toys to keep them entertained. It's a small place so it felt very personal. The decor is pretty and it is light and airy inside plus there is an outside area to sit if the weather is nice. I definitely recommend...

The wife and I went to Chataways for the first time today for Valentines afternoon Tea. We were greeted with a warm welcome as we walk in from the members of staff.. After being seated in a nicely decorated and very clean tea room we were presented with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes accompanied with a huge pot of tea.The wife and I could not fault our experience at Chataways Tea Room and looking forward to our next visit..
