I didn’t even want to give them 1 star but had to. Been coming here for many years and never had any issues and even if there were issues old manager would sort it . Went there today and their new supervisor was horrendous and rude. I ordered a oat latte but they gave me normal milk which I understand mistakes can happen . They accuse me of drinking the latte which I hadn’t and also called me liar for saying latte wasn't made with oat milk. Then our food took so long to come out which I didn’t even want in the end . I wasn’t happy at all and then member of staff had called in the owner who was worse than the supervisor. She refused to refund my money even after I said I don’t want to eat here in your place as I’m not happy the way have been spoken to and made to feel like a liar . She refused the refund for the food that wasn’t even eaten 😡 disgusting robbing owner . Hope she can sleep well tonight . By the way just read your nasty reply !! What nasty old lady you are !! And a horrible liar!! What tight friendship are you talking about ?? And my coffee was wrong!! I asked for an oat milk and you provided me with a normal milk which I’m allergic to . Your lucky that I’m not taking this matter further as it caused discomfort for me and I knew straight away that it’s not oat milk. You called me a lier ! I drank the coffee and it was quarter drank before realising. You as a owner a disgrace ! Your food took so long to come out and you really think I was going to eat in your place after the way you all spoke to me and treated me!! Especially in front of my little child ! Not to mention putting a plate of food extremely hot in front my child ! Your attitude towards your customers is disgusting!! I feel sick that I ever spent any money in your place ! I’ll be happy to take my business to someone who know how to treat and respect their customers. You keep up with your classy attitude! At your age you should know...

Visited today for an impromptu Sunday breakfast as i'd often driven past. The carpark was full, but as luck would have it a diner was just leaving so i was able to grab a space. It would have been reasonable to expect a long wait for food and flustered staff, but it was the opposite, staff were super friendly and accomodating. The food came out fresh in about 15-20 minutes and was great quality. Retaurant was clean and modern with a nice atmosphere.

The menu had some great choices on and we struggled to narrow down what to have! The coffee and smoothie drinks were tasty and better than any chain coffee shop i've been to recently.

Shout out to the smart dressed man who looked like the manager/owner, he was clearing tables and bringing out food, making sure to ask how the meal was. The fact that he wasn't just hiding out the back showed his passion and that he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty!

My partner and i have already made a note of what we will be having next...

Been driving past this place for years and I finally pulled in and took me, my partner and eldest daughter in for breakfast. The staff were very nice and friendly, and the place itself it's airy and spacious. Clean and welcoming. My daughter had the full English, minus a few bits (her choice) and we had the huevos rancheros. The full English was lovely, amazing porky porky porky PORKY! pork sausages. And the black pud was very nice. The huevos rancheros were fantastic. The smoky rich salsa was incredible, and the cheese chosen was so spiky, rich and strong. Perfect choice. My reason for 4 rather than 5 stars (I'd choose 4 1/2 if I could) is that I'd have like 2 eggs. 1 egg seems a little mean, and left me a tad hungry. Also, the tortillas were just cold and limp and straight from a packet. Throw them in the pizza oven for 30 seconds and they'd be much better.
