Our curry club visited here last night the food was very nice , we didn’t get the guys name who looked after us but he was brilliant. We thought he looked like hector from the fast and furious so we our group referred to him as hector for the night Hector was funny , smiling and really wanted to make our visit welcome. we all like to try new things so we described what we like and left it down to hector to pick our dishes for us which is fun as we don’t know what we’re getting. Just a couple of negatives we found the table a bit small so was a bit cramped. But the main negative was the guy bringing the food out on the trolley was rude and literally just throwing the food onto the table in what ever space he could see , not in front of of us and ignored us and sped of faster than Usain Bolt.so we didn’t know who’s dishes was who’s However have no fear hector quickly sensed the distress and with his big bright perky smile corrected the poor work of the angry trolly boy and place the dishes where they should be with the appropriate owners. Also the young tall slim waiter with glasses was brilliant And conversed with us with good conversations We didn’t get his name, so let’s just call him Bruce. Hector and Bruce really made it a good night for us and thank you for experience from all of the curry club guys. We hope Angry trolley boy is feeling better today And he maybe will just have one of them days it happens to all of us.

Two friends and myself had a great curry here, food was very good, starters, mix grill, prawn on purée and nargis kebab, followed by chicken madras, chicken bhuna, mixed grill and sundries, the mattar paniar side was excellent. Will be back.

Despite the restaurant being busy the team managed to fit us in. Really enjoyable visit. The food, service and atmosphere were all good. Not the largest portions but what you do get is good and would definitely return if we're in the area.

Went for a family meal, for a birthday, as soon as we walked in we could feel the cold and the place looked dirty We had booked but we still had to wait for table to be set. Waiter was so rude the whole time we were there, no please or thank you and almost being rushed . Food was cold, lacked flavour and everything was dirty, forks were bent , the hot plates were falling apart the drinks were the worst, I ordered a Lime soda water which came in a dirty pint glass , it was just lime squash with tap water, no ice or soda, the others had bottles of coke and was offered no glassware, my friend and her mother asked for a jug of water amd 2 glasses and were given pint glasses with tepid tap water ! Then to top it all off we were rudely asked to leave when we had finished, shocking service, also to finish we were sitting by the kitchen area and we presume doors were open to outside as it was freezing cold and I had to wear my coat to eat my food, they had some questionable heaters which omitted no heat and almost like a smell of drains I will not return here again, first time and last time Only good thing...

If you're looking for a hidden gem in the area, this local Indian restaurant is definitely worth checking out! Their Chicken Tawa is absolutely delicious – perfectly spiced and cooked to juicy tenderness, it's a must-try for anyone who enjoys bold, flavorful dishes.

But it doesn’t stop there. The naan bread here is consistently top-notch; whether it's the classic butter naan, the garlic naan, or the cheese naan, each one is fresh, soft, and perfectly baked. It pairs wonderfully with any of their curries and adds an extra touch to every bite.

The staff is also incredibly friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. They’re always ready with recommendations and ensure that you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, you’ll always...
