100 Acre Cafe — Restaurant in Broxbourne

After my local Cafe putting up prices for a second time in 6 months making the price of a Tea & a Coffee near £5 i decided i needed to find a Cafe that gave better value, i googled Cafe nearby & the 100 Acre Cafe popped up which is a few hundred yards further for me. So glad i did this, it was fantastic value & cheaper than my former Cafe by 30% & you got more. So now this Cafe had gained a regular customer. I know food prices are high but i refuse to get ripped off especially when i’ve been so loyal. Can’t wait for my next Cafe stop at 100 acre...

Breakfast order placed at this cafe and it could have been delivered earlier than expected had the delivery driver not gone to the wrong address in the same road and claimed she could not find my house number. Delivery was then attempted by the driver 20 minutes later which I rejected and requested a refund as the food was cold and not fit for purpose. Complaining to the cafe was met with an apology but wouldn't refund and was referred to JustEat to sort. Unacceptable service and I won't be going back...

Ordered food from them, nearly two hours later the food hasn’t arrived and they do not answer the phone. Have requested a refund but at time of writing they still haven’t accepted this request. Do not use this cafe, there are other ones in the area that can actually provide a service...
