Really nice looking restaurant, not many parking spaces directly outside, inside it is fresh an has a modern decor. Once seated we had to wait a while to have our order taken, (I think because our table was tucked away at the side of the bar area)and we also had a fair wait for our drinks to arrive. However the staff apologise profusely for this error. The starters were excellent well presented, to me the only fault was, small portions of the pickle tray, for us wasn't quite enough, but to be fair we were asked if we wanted extra. The main dish was large and well presented, the Lamb I had was tasty moist and melt in the mouth. When we asked for our bill, the waitress once again apologise for our earlier wait, and insisted we had a drink on the house, this was a nice gesture, Anyone can make mistakes, the important thing is what you do about it, these guys put things right, top marks for that. This is why I give 5 stars ,food 5, presentation 5, surrounding 5, and services,,well slow to start with but this was apologised for.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! I ordered a paneer dish, daal, and masala chips, all of which were absolutely delicious. The paneer was perfectly cooked, the daal was rich and flavourful, and the masala chips added a delightful spicy crunch to the meal. Everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their food as well. What truly made the evening special was the staff's incredible hospitality. When they found out it was my birthday, they went above and beyond to add extra loveliness to the celebration. Their thoughtful gestures and impeccable service made the evening unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our dining experience. I highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine with top-notch service. It was a perfect night, and I can't wait to return!

Just ordered a takeaway to eat in my hotel. This place had really good reviews and I can see why. Friendly helpful staff and above average curries. Ordered chicken garlic chilli masala which was really good with a hot kick to it. The saag aloo paneer was one of the best I had. Rice and bread are also good. I do miss the cardamom and spice seeds that seem to be missing in most curries now. One of the best curries I had recently. There is a few good parking around. Would give it a 4 star for a slightly warm cobra but that wouldn't be fair. All came to just over £30.

Nawab Saab is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of Nuthall, Nottinghamshire, offering an unparalleled gastronomic experience.

From the moment I stepped into Nawab Saab, I was enchanted by the inviting ambiance and the aromatic spices wafting through the air. The restaurant's decor beautifully complemented the authentic flavors of India, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The menu boasted a delightful array of dishes, each a masterpiece of taste and presentation. The chefs at Nawab Saab possess an unparalleled mastery of spices, delivering dishes that tantalized the taste buds and left an indelible mark on my palate.

The Chicken Tikka Masala, a classic favorite, was an explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced and impeccably spiced. The Lamb Rogan Josh was a revelation, tender pieces of meat in a rich, aromatic sauce that left me craving more. Vegetarian options like the Paneer Butter Masala were equally delightful, showcasing the chef's expertise in creating dishes that cater to diverse palates.

The attentive and courteous staff at Nawab Saab further elevated the dining experience, ensuring every need was met with a smile and a genuine willingness to provide exceptional service.

What truly sets Nawab Saab apart is their dedication to authenticity and quality. Every dish served was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, transporting diners on a culinary journey through the vibrant flavors of India.

Whether it's a special occasion or a casual dining experience, Nawab Saab is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an unforgettable Indian culinary adventure. I wholeheartedly recommend Nawab Saab to food enthusiasts and...

Having lived up the road from this place for over a year i thought i would finally take the plunge and try them out, WOW! Honestly this is hands down the best curry i have ever eaten, me and the mrs both had a chicken dopiaza and the flavours were something else, it wasn't oily like curries you would get from most takeaways, the chicken was tender and the dish was spiced perfectly.

Our only complaint was that the curry was a tad too salty, but even with this flaw, we was still blown away by the taste so we will defiantly be ordering again, however next time i will request them to use a little less salt.

Now that was just the food, the service was also outstanding, everybody i spoke to was extremely polite and you could tell they knew the quality of the food they was serving as the service matched it perfectly.

My usual Indian includes rice within the price of the curry for around £9.50 because of this i accidentally forgot to order rice, when i rang them up to explain and offered to pay them in cash to add it to the order they refused and threw 2 pilau rice's in free of charge.

This doesnt seem like a huge grand gesture, but couple it with the whole ordering and eating experience at this place, i will never go anywhere else, now i need to go on a sunday when they have a 3 course meal set...

27 of us booked a table. We previously did large bookings regularly with Laziza who previously had the restaurant. They could always accomadate and made us feel welcome. The restaurant was not busy (it rarely is) and they seemed very stressed with having such a large booking. They were good with serving drinks, however we had to clear the table of glasses on a few occasions. They were slow to take food orders but that's understandable with such a big group. They would not give us poppadoms until we had all ordered. The owner quite rudely said he didn't want pickle spilling on his menus......Laminated menus!! He told us this whilst snatching the menus away saying he will take the menus back and give us poppadoms then give the menus back when we have finished. I was appalled by his poor manner. If I was there with just a few people I would have swiftly departed! The food was nice but very over priced. The bill at the end of the night was over £900 but that will be the last penny I spend there. We would regularly get a takeaway from them but never again. Beware with the takeaways as they say they take 10% off but I've just looked at my last bill and it was more than the take away menu prices. I was charged the restaraunt prices!!!...
