L.A Pizza 4 — Restaurant in Bury

Complete mix up! Ordered via website direct 2 x 12'' pizzas, 1 x garlic bread, 2 x wedges a d 1 x onion rings. This was a pick up which i did. Customer service was dreadful. Assumed Manager (black shirt) shouted to younger guy to get it ready., then walked out of shop. Younger guy brought what i thought was my order plonked it down on counter, asked him if it was right to go, replied with 'yeh'. Got home only to realise that there was only 1 x9'' pizza. Phoned them but guy who answered couldnt understand me. Eventually spoke to someone who did, being told they would deliver me correct one. They did but only when i told him it should have been 2 x 12 not 1 he said he would let shop know and give me discount next time, not holding my breath on that one!. A response would be good. Shop wasnt busy, even though the people cooking were. My order number was 10505366 Sat 3/10/20...

Terrible! Placed an order at 6pm and got an estimated delivery time of 6.45. I rang at 7.15 to ask where it was to be told it left the shop. 25 mins later I had to ring back to see where it was. Finally arrived at 7.50 to a burnt pizza, wrong order and missing items. Rang back to tell them and was told I'd get another order and it would be 45 mins. Waited hr and half for order to receive burnt pizza ...asked for large tray kebab got small portion in large tray ..chilli sauce for the kebab was like water..asked for yoghurt sauce got mint sauce...this place is disgusting ...phoned to complain was told we will call and refund your money 1hr 15mins later still waiting JUST...
