Don’t no we’re to start got there ordered drinks sat at table u got to order food from a app half of the menu was unavailable so I had fish and chips well it came and I sent it back the girl asked me what is up with it she couldn’t see anything wrong with it over cooked greasy mess daughter had a cowboy burger witch was that cooked it was hard than the plate it came from so we waited an hour for this rubbish manager came and was as helpful as a chocolate fire gard we left and went to the stags leap just down the road had great food and pudding from there so if ur looking for gd food nice staff go to the Stag's Leap update to ur reply u can’t remember talking to me about this I did report it to ur staff and ur self and u wasn’t very interested at all so that’s why u can’t remember or refusing to acknowledge it on here I will not be returning witch is a shame iv been using the chase on and of for 20plus years like I said on Sunday I be using stag leap and the...

Wouldn't go back. Firstly, we selected our meals in line with an offer in the menu of '2 burgers and 2 drink for £12' on weekends... when we went and ordered we were told they didn't actually do that offer any more and we couldn't have it. We changed the order and one of us ordered all day breakfast, we requested to have the tomato replaced with a rasher of bacon but were swiftly rejected and so we requested the meal as it came on the menu. They then bought it out without the tomato or any replacement. As well as this we had to take a drink back as there was red Lipstick on the glass, and also stained seats... extremely poor! The food itself was okay, the burger was juicy and generally nice enough, sweet potato chips slightly overdone but okay as well... Overall, quite a poor experience with extremely poor customer service and poor...

What a lovely pub ! I can’t believe there are still such lovely places around . Stopped in today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely ambiance with the pub itself and the friendliness of all the staff. I am gluten free , not by choice? So wasn’t too sure if there would be anything I could eat but I was genuinely surprised and pleased . They have a separate GF menu which had one of my most favourite desserts … Sticky toffee pudding and ice cream . I could also have had apple crumble and custard or chocolate caramel brownie amongst other things and I simply couldn’t beleive it.
