KFC — Restaurant in Charnwood

Disgusting attitude and behaviour from the staff. Was served by a guy in glasses in drive through. He gives me my food in a large bag. I noticed they had just chucked my food in the bag and items were spilling out of boxes all over the bottom of the bag! Not packed properly and just thrown in the bag with boxes upside down

I was the only customer in the drive through. They had multiple staff but they treat customers with zero respect and don't even pack your food properly

I said to the server in the drive through window why have you chucked the food in like that its all spilled out the packaging. He looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and said “So what you want me to do about it” …..What a stinking attitude.

They just chuck your food in and leave it spilling out everywhere, is this hygienic or good service? I spoke to the manager and he said “Thats how they have to pack it to be “quick”…. He didn't care. He had a smirk on his face. I have been buying food from here for years. Standards have dropped big time. See all the low reviews now. AVOID this place. Never coming back again!

Manager didn't care and you can understand when you have a manager like that the rest of the team will act up and treat customers and the products they service like...

Food is good staff quality has become poor over the past year through drive through. Always miss things rarely provide any napkins Spoons or hand wipes unless mentioned previously was more better were staff provided exclusively without asking for it. Advice to others is to check your bag before leaving drive through windows otherwise you will be driving home with sticky hands. Last week ordered zinga towers and received one peace of chicken leg replacement of hot wings not to mention if they had ran out of wings. If you purchase hot wings in a purchase you expect to receive what you paid for or if ran out of chicken at least mentioning at the window will not hurt. I now check the bag before leaving because there is always some surprising errors once you had parked up the other side of the carpark and takes up time returning back. Never use to be like this have been eating at this drive thru for many years and have noticed staffing quality...

Ordered tonight for me and my partner for a treat through Deliveroo. Food came everything was stone cold and my meal had a chicken fillet and popcorn chicken missing.

Rang KFC to complain and was told that ‘the food can’t possibly be cold (otherwise calling me a liar) and that they cook it fresh so it wouldn’t be cold.’ I explained it was and they weren’t having any of it. Then the issue with the missing items, he said he would speak to the lad packing the food to check if he had missed them out or not.. (again, like I wasn’t telling the truth) then came back on the line to say yes he said he missed them out. I asked if we could have the missing items delivered and was told no contact Deliveroo for a refund. So half my meal was missing and they just passed the book. Deliveroo don’t pack the food! Absolute disgusting customer service. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Will never order...
