I visit this place four or five times a year. Regrettably yesterday 26/01/22 the two beers I drank from Wantsum were so cold they had no condition whatsoever in them. Flat as a pancake. I chatted to the server who said they had to be kept cold, but on checking the temperature in the cellar did agree they were overchilled an said she would have to do something about that. Staff really need to be trained to recognise when something is not right. I suspect the cellar is poorly insulated and largely reflects the temperature outside, whereas when it is warmer they can turn a cellar chiller on and all is fine.
