I had an excellent experience at CHOW KITCHEN at Moto Cherwell Valley.Miss. Paulina and Mr. John provided truly professional service – very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.

I ordered "Sweet Chili Chicken" && "Teriyaki Chicken" with noodles medium, and they kindly suggested the meal deal, so I got Duck Spring Rolls for only £0.99, plus a free sweet chili dip. The staff also recommended the best sauces to go with the dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious🤗

What impressed me even more was their attention to detail – they even pointed out that the noodles are high in protein (12g per 100g), which was great advice since I was looking for a high-protein option.

I’ve had a takeaway Thai Red Vegetable Curry with rice on two occasions while staying at the Travelodge next door. I’ve also had their Vegetable Spring Rolls and a Pumpkin Fritter. All were tasty and well cooked and as a vegetarian I will choose to eat from here again, no problem.

As a Travelodge customer I have the advantage of 20% discount which helps. Prices are as you would expect at a motorway services, expensive.

The main issue with this outlet is they seem to run out of noodles. Then customers get annoyed, take their bad mood out on the staff and then, understandably the staff get a bit down and defensive.

Was ok, nothing special. I originally planned to have Thai green curry but turned out they had run out of rice. I queued for a while as they was taking away empty bowls and leaving me waiting (they could’ve served me and the ladies behind first then carried on with this). When it was my turn they said ‘oh we have no rice’ which meant I had to change my option as what I wanted wouldn’t have gone well with noodles. I opted for the sweet chicken teriyaki which was nice. The ladies behind also wanted rice and the woman serving bluntly said ‘well rice is cooking it doesn’t tell us when it is done’ no apology or anything.
