KFC Cherwell Valley - M40 Services — Restaurant in Cherwell District

I love hot crispy KFC chicken and fries, as many people do, but sadly this isn’t something you get at this branch. There is a special way of providing fries at this branch which just oozes that Monday feeling of blandness. When my order was ready and I was given it, I asked for fresh hot chicken as I had been watching the bucket of chicken sit there (not under the heated section) for 10 mins while waiting for the fries (not worth waiting for), so they immediately threw the bucket out and went to check for getting me a replacement, to be told it would be another 10-15 mins. Time for a refund which I did get and onwards to get fish and chips for tea. If there is an award for blandness and having that Monday feeling, this branch would win hands down. Surprising how so many 1 star reviews and no improvement. KFC are not the quickest at the best of times but have managed to buy a cup of tea from Costa, read my paper, visit the loos and write this review and still 4 orders in front of mine.

The manager keeps shouting apologies as they are under staffed but far to slow even with that excuse. 25 minutes to wait for food at service area is not acceptable and needs to be addressed (look at your reviews with an average of 2.7 you should be embarrassed)

Would love to write more but they have finally called my order so going to grab it before the hungry crowd of waiting customers grabs at it like the zombie apocalypse.

At this store on 5th December 2020 a member of staff stopped midway through a transaction and questioned a customer about their Gender !!! Then after the customer politely told him to mind his own business and carry on the same cashier went on to start swearing about another member of KFC staff. All this and a stream of customers bringing orders back with things wrong or missing. What a great advertisement for this Store / Brand / Individual. We shan't be going back to witness this again and and i would advise anyone else to...
