The White Horse — Restaurant in Chichester

Been there twice now on a Sunday for there roast On both occasions the Yorkies were very well done but apart from that dinner was lovely Today really bad experience with member of staff She was very unfriendly Also knocked a full drink over on us , no apology No reaction , very sour faced girl Male member of staff came running over apologising and wiped the spillage up But still was not offered a drink to replace it Girl who knocked it over just went behind bar with no reaction , she had asked us did we want to see desert menu which we did but she did not bring it Male member of staff asked did we want desert menu and he brought it over Again desert was great Female member of staff that seemed to be a manager sitting at bar vaping while we were trying to eat our dinner very off putting Don’t think we will be returning which is a shame as we are new...

Usually made very welcome but on this occasion I was treated very rudely by Anna the bar lady who was most off hand and unwelcoming, I will not be reccomending this pub for non locals, very cliquey and expensive and the fish pie at £12 was tasteless and only had a little salmon with no other fish in the pie, sauce OK but definately not worth...

Stopped by The White Horse for a quick drink while working in the area and really enjoyed it. It has a lovely locals' vibe — welcoming and relaxed — with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy.
