Where to start? Firstly, the coffee and hot drinks here are very nice (but little overpriced). I went via the drive through a few times when it first opened and the service was quick. But that leads to me to the unfortunate experience of actually going inside the store. The hygiene isn’t great, tables were dirty and still full of rubbish, the restrooms weren’t clean. The service inside saw a dramatic difference with many of the employees being unhelpful and a little rude at times. I ordered some hot food and some items were missing, when I went back up to the counter and politely explained I was missing some of my order, the server took my receipt from my hands, wordlessly walked away only to come back with the missing items and all but shoved them into my hands. The food was lukewarm at best and I felt really unwell after eating. I didn’t return to the restaurant for a while until yesterday purely because my friend loves it here but yet again my experience wasn’t great. I ordered a coffee which was nice, but then one of the servers came out and began asking about our meal and if we enjoyed it and if we could possibly leave a review. My friend and I said we would be more than happy to do so and expected the server to leave but he stood at our table and was really, uncomfortably insistent that we leave a review NOW. He hovered over our shoulders, watching as we went onto Google reviews for Tim Hortons to make sure we gave 5 stars— only then did he leave. I have since rescinded that review, hence why I’m honestly leaving this review in its place.

So yeah, nice hot drinks, pricey for what it is, unclean and food not worth the hype and definitely not...

The team at the counter don't respond quickly to you coming to the counter. Also English doesn't seem to be their first language, and they don't know the menu well. So communicating what you want, or asking for advice is... problematic. Took me over 30 mins to get food (3 times the self service machine didn't work - error code at end when trying to pay, problem sending to card machine, nb. I used 2 different machines). From finally ordering at counter to receiving food felt fairly quick.

Coffee is fine, nothing special, but better than other fast food places. Original iced frappe has a moreish flavour, I'd like to try again with flavours

Wrong sauces given (not as ordered) Ketchup tastes familiar Chipotle mayo quite bland and flavour disappears quickly. Extra fries given and charged for. Canadian style lattice fries, don't expect chunky chips or French fries, they're not available. Loaded fries, not very loaded.

Chicken strips - great seasoning! Full of flavours Bacon double cheeseburger, Immediate no! It just tastes bad. Maple one definitely better.

Doughnuts are good texture, though feel a little dry. Good flavours. I was not given the ones pictured, though I specifically asked for the 'standard, normal, traditional selection'.

Overall it's fine. Something a bit different. Treat your work colleagues to coffee and doughnuts one day, but maybe only because there isn't another doughnut place in town... (and yet it still isn't in the...

Popped in for a brekkie today with my partner and 2 kids. Had to go back to the counter 3 times because they just could not get our order right (only 3 of us eating as with a baby). Dreadful service, and the chap serving definately had the lights on but with no one home... a bit like the restaurant itself, which altgough shiny and new, was dead and lacklustre in atmosphere. We observed others who had the same issues when ordering and not getting what they had purchased.

Once we had our ordered corrected (3rd time lucky), my partner found a small piece of bone (yes....bone and not grissle!!) In her breakfast muffin. My food was edible at least, but that was about as good as it got... (EDIT: they also managed to get my 3 year old daughters instant porrige pot wrong by making it far too runny)..

Hey the coffee wasn't bad mind. Apart from the fact that we asked for sugars and never got any.

To top it off, i took the baby into the baby change facilities to do her nappy. Toilets filthy dirty (and the womans toilets, not that i went in) were along the same theme...

To top it all off, the place was card only, so no cash accepted, which is just wrong and discriminatory against those who may not use or be able to use a card (for example the elderly or those with mental health issues).. or those who prefer to use good old reliable cash.

It wont be long before the lights are off and there's no one home at Tim Hortons in chichester.

We will not...

It's not every day you find a fast-food spot that's a genuine pleasure to visit, but Tim Hortons in Chichester is truly an exception. From the moment you pull into the drive-thru, you know you're in for a treat. The drive-thru is so well-designed, making the whole process quick and effortless. You never feel rushed, and the staff at the window are always so friendly and welcoming, which is a rare find these days. Inside, the restaurant is immaculate. The tables and floors are always clean, creating a really pleasant and relaxed atmosphere for dining in. I'm particularly impressed with the state of the toilets – they are always spotless, which speaks volumes about the overall care and attention to detail that the staff put into maintaining the entire restaurant. Speaking of the staff, they are without a doubt the shining stars of this location. Every single person I've encountered, whether it's at the drive-thru window or inside at the counter, has been incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They always greet you with a smile and are happy to help, making you feel like a valued customer every time you visit. It's this outstanding service, combined with the clean and inviting environment, that makes Tim Hortons in Chichester stand out from the crowd. It's a truly excellent experience all around.

Nice restaurant inside but terrible food. I ordered a DBL cheese burger meal with strawberry shake and a chicken burger as a side. I'll start with the good, the chicken burger was nice but smaller than a KFC fillet burger at almost twice the price. Now for the bad, the 'beef' burgers were reminiscent of the fake beef rubbery stuff you get at a kids party, really quite disgusting, most of it went in the bin. The 'chips' were lattice shapes, novel, but they'd clearly just been microwaved, mostly soggy. Understandable given how dead the place was I suppose. To finish, I was hoping for something special with the strawberry shake since it looked like a Sundae on the menu, and upon adding it gave me lots of options to customise, type of milk, number of strawberry shots etc. Honestly, probably the worst milkshake I've ever had, and, probably because it didn't seem to have any milk in it? It was mostly just a fine ice (think slushie) with a bit of whipped cream and strawberry sauce on and an overwhelming artificial chemical taste, almost medicinal. And I had considered adding an extra shot of strawberry!! As a regular McDs goer, I really wanted to like Hortons just as an alternative to support other companies but it was barely edible, and at an inflated price. I will not be going back.
