Costa Coffee — Restaurant in City of Edinburgh

BEWARE :

Apparently, as customers we're supposed to know what cup to ask for our drinks in. A large hot chocolate comes in a proper china mug for sit in, while a medium comes in an ice cream sundae glass with a long sundae spoon - despite them having proper mugs in medium size !! You have to know to ask them NOT to sprinkle chocolate powder on top. And I asked for an extra hot drink because normaly it's not hot enough and goes cold before it's finished - and they created so much faff, my drink wasn't hot enough when served. At £4 plus, even for the SMALL hot chocolate, customers deserve much better.

Our wee Costa. Stuck in the Odeon. 😊. Great service with a choice of seats. Windows for watching the world, aka Wester Hailes, go by. Around the back for a couple of groups or a wee bit of privacy. Or the tables at the front to share a chinwag or wait for a loved b4 going in for a show....

The staff are very nice 👌 they try 2 get thinks done in time but the price's of hot drinks & food are wee bit expensive other then that I would recommend coming when ever u like be4 closing times from...
