Absolutely terrible service. I have eaten out of this place for many years and it's went down hill. There was a system error with my order on the website and they were unwilling to take the order back and give me what i was wanting. Instead i was told to pay for another order. I was rudely ask by the manager what you want me to do about it when I first called. The order was placed online so therefore they say i am to blame. I spend around £100+ per week in this place since it opened but will never go back now. There was clearly a error but they were not interested in taken the food back and replacing it . So yes I am now £12 out of pocket and a calzone in the bin. ( looked like a 10" but was ment to be 12) But javits have now lost out in my custom nairly every night. From now on I will support the other chippys...

Placed an order on the website stating in the notes section that I am ceoliac therfore cant have bread/pitta, asked to swap for couple chips if possible. Kebab arrived wrapped in bread. Rang the shop to ask if theyd saw my note lady confirmed they had. I got nothing but attitude "well what do you want me to do, you should have rang the shop" meat is now contaminated. If working in the food sector you should know about allergies and cross contamination! Meat was rock solid and dry, salad soggy looks like it's lay there for days definitely not fresh! BUTCHERED 2 PORTIONS OF CHIPS The staff didn’t get my order right (chips and cheese with 2 tubs of sauce on the side) when asked for refund or a new portion I was met with incredibly rude, ignorant and “it’s the customer’s fault” attitude while blaming everything on the website- no refund or any kind of compensation was offered. Working in the industry most of my adult life - absolute disgrace in customer and hospitality skills - combine it with average food, below average hygiene and incredibly rude and ignorant manager, perfect recipe for a disaster and an empty stomach when you were hoping for a quick and easy dinner.
