Very disappointed to be asked to leave the cafe while boarding a fully trained guide dog "incase other customers had issue with her". It was 5pm on Saturday, there were only two customers in the cafe, one of whom had actually said hello to the dog on the way by. We fully understand it is at the establishment's discretion to let guide dogs in when they are not with their visually impaired owner, but seeing as we sat in the corner out of the way of everyone we were left very disappointed by this cafe's attitude towards guide dogs. We have been welcomed in Costa before (this is actually the first time we've been refused anywhere) with a guide dog and after being asked to leave here we visited the Costa at Bruntsfield and were welcomed in.🐕🐾 If only all the staff were...

They always, always have my coffee on the go when they see me and I love that. they know my name, enough to ask me about work and overall it's a pleasant experience.
