Worst Greggs I have ever visited. Awkward and Unhelpful staff. Gents toilet closed, ladies toilet in a disgusting state (the wife tells me) Will definitely not be retuning .

Lovely Greggs at the Cirencester services just on the A417. Plenty of parking and seating. Nice coffee. Good place for a quick break.

Typical Greggs, same food and drink as all other Greggs. Toilets were shut.

We stopped here Monday 7th of October at 12.30pm -limited options were available in the hot food display cabinet and when we ordered 2 of the chicken bakes (the limited addition spicy chicken) the lady serving us advised the chicken was no longer hot. We agreed this was no problem -until we pulled the bakes out of their bags to find out they were stone cold. Not warm. Not even luke warm. Stone cold. Extremely disappointed and unfortunately we were already back on our journey otherwise i would of demanded a refund. The customer service came across as fed up and a discount at least should of been offered for serving cold food at prime lunch time. Bring an Australian here on Holidays im glad i have had Greggs elsewhere with no problem otherwise this encounter would put me off the...

A lovely restaurant tucked away from the motorways, very hussle and bussle in there with alot of movement at once and alot of activity happening but the staff were fantastic with keeping up with the restaurant,

food was great as always service was very friendly my only downside that loses them points unfortunately which isn't even their fault is the antisemitic graffiti spewed across the bathroom toilets! I only mention this in the hopes someone notices and addresses it before it causes someone/the restaurant/Karen more trouble...

Filthy place, disgusting toilet with a soap dispenser in bits in a sink, overflowing bins, food waste all over the floor. There were yellow "cleaning in progress" signs everywhere to trip over but no cleaning had been done for hours. Even the car park is an overgrown mess. Looking back at reviews over many years it's always been filthy - clearly Greggs is fine with this as long as it makes a buck, so their replies about caring about customer service are as meaningless as a Putin saying he...
