Came for a busy day (one of the summer parties). Ordered some small dishes for our table, but it feels the kitchen can't handle the extra load. The pork belly was under cooked, so edible but the fat had 0 crisp to it. The buffalo hash browns tasted nice but quite soggy. The salt and pepper parmentier potatoes were not very seasoned at all, and we had one small square of bell pepper. The sweetcorn fritters were really nice at least. At the cost, the food needs to be much better.
Service also quite slow - and no one ever asked how our food was.

   Read moreWe had a lovely visit to The Ox Shed and the Farmpark. Our daughter was in her element meeting and feeding all the animals and running around the park, which always feels so safe and secure.
We ate off their new menu, and went for a rainbow style salad which was fresh, crunchy and tasted great, topped with halloumi and chicken thigh. We also shared 3 smaller tapas style plates, herby potatoes, chorizo (our fav) and more halloumi!!! We finished with a slice of marble choc cake.

I had chosen the salad because I don't eat carbohydrates.
