Subway — Restaurant in Coventry

i visited the coventry hospital subway restaurant last night 19/09/22 at 21.00pm & had a few issues.

no1. the female member of staff put on a pair of gloves to prepare food as i was third in the queue & i seen her on several occasions stroking/touching her hair

she had a male friend there who wasn’t even a customer but was shouting verbal abuse across the canteen to her & making stupid suggestions & remarks

she repeatedly spoke to her male member of staff so rudely in-front of her customers

female member of staff full of attitude, needs to work on her customer service skills

subway generally has a very good, clean & professional repetition as i use them twice a week please...

Really bad experience. Store franchise needs to visit the shop in the evening to see the area of opportunity for better service. No bread option accept one. Everyone waiting to be served as you can see on the picture. Why advertise shop open till 2am, staff start closing 4 hours before closing time. Dining area chairs are up to discourage customers not to sit to eat. To know public service people are working in this building, this is the service...

Went once and they only had brown bread left. Second time I went they had no bread left, both these times were hours before closing. I don't see how a subway can justify not having bread. Also most times you go they don't seem to have the card reader working which I understand isn't their fault but don't go to this subway at night and expect to be able to get food. Not great when you're working 12 hour shifts and it's only place open...
