McDonald's — Restaurant in Dacorum

Not having had a Mac for some time - this visit was a disappointment. Firstly the printer for the bill failed so no means of giving the usual feedback. Table service was fast by a very friendly Iona. Unfortunately the ketchup dispenser was empty so had to request sachets at counter. On trying the fries they were barely warm - and had that flat taste that cold potato has. So a return to the counter was necessary - but they were exchanged very quickly - and I thought I'd get my partner's changed too - but no proof of purchase! However (Christian? - sorry if I remembered your name wrongly) he didn't hesitate to replace those too. By the time I returned to my partner she had eaten all her chips - because they were not very hot, she said. So bit of a truncated meal - made even more unpleasant by supposed humans at next table throwing everything they didn't want on the floor in such a mess. I suppose you can't stop such animals using the facilities but that's the trouble with MacD! Last time in Penge the table clearer contaminated the whole restaurant with BO (as in Body Odour - clearly emanating from her underarms (probably mostly!)) Went in to eat with a friend which is something I wouldn’t normally do! And my friend used a voucher on the self service machine not realising they would ask for it when they brought his food he put the voucher in the bin! Then shortly after I was already eating and we were approached by a lady who was In fact the restaurant manager at the time and she started quizzing him very loudly in front of a very busy seated area asking where the voucher was and claiming that he is lying and never had one in the first place she then refused to give him his food unless he paid the difference on which he said “no problem” but then she continued to bombard him with questions about where the voucher is! My friend is Czech and couldn’t understand with the speed she was talking at and made him very embarrassed and confused to get rid of her I had to stand up and tell her she was very unreasonable extremely unprofessional and to leave us in peace to eat….. she continued her rant at which point I very loudly told her to go away while I was eating and she left…… She was a complete C**t! Although I will still continue to use McDonald’s I will never return to that restaurant and probably never sit inside...

First off, the last four orders from this particular McDonald's has got my order wrong, so I have finally had the time to review it. I made an order from the app as i was in a hurry. There was an attitude problem with the person on the speaker. I told them that I had ordered online, after a brief and awkward silence I get "well where's your order code then" which made me feel like she was implying I was stupid. Went to the next window and no one was there, I never usually stop at that window as they tell me to move along. Went to the next window and was only given one order and one drink when I ordered two. So I had to sit and wait for my other order for a while. Whilst waiting, an employee had blamed the issue on me as I didn't stop at the first window, even when no one told me to. After I get my second order, I drive off and realise that it's only a single mcmuffin and not a double. Not to mention there was shell in my egg. Worst mcondalds ever.

18/03/22 Went here again, completely ignored by staff. Just looked at me and walked away without acknowledging me. Left standing for 10 minutes waiting...
