The Kitchen at Inspired — Restaurant in Dacorum

BEING SERVED BIG DiSGUSTING HAIR IN MY FOOD AND WAS ASKED TO PAY FULL PRICE FOR THIS EXPERIENCE. I was becoming a regular customer for breakfast unfortunately had very unpleasant experience so I won't be going there again. They served me breakfast with a big disgusting hair. I've spoken to the lady she said they will cook fresh one (Obviously) So they made to wait another 10 min because of the hair they brought new plate but obviously it wasn't as enjoyable as it should be as every bite I was having I kept checking that there is not hair in the food as you do. I have finished the food not fully satisfied with the experience but I've asked for the bill and was unpleasantly suprised they wanted me to pay absolute full price for it! No discount or saying really sorry for this experience it's on us this time nope they served me a big disgusting hair , made me wait another 10 min to repair their mistake made this experience not enjoyable as I was a bit weary kept checking there's no big hair in my food again and they have put a full bill in front of me! Shocking customer service! So I won't be returning back after this sort...

Had been once before and enjoyed BUT this time… omg. Had the Yoghurt Crunch with ‘The Inspired homemade granola’, seriously? Homemade? Can’t complain. Followed by Eggs Royale, take the p*#s Royal more like with a side Bubble & Squeak Patty 😱. No explanation, no word about the ‘Inspired’ take on Eggs Royale. Hollandise on the side requested and delivered ran like water and was inedible. Poached eggs v nice, ciabatta toasted, nice. On top of the bread a mountain of cooked (don’t know when) Salmon NOT smoked salmon as it says on the menu.. Had one taste, dry as a bone AND edges dark Orange from being left exposed to air. I ate the eggs and the bread with brown sauce, the water potato patty was just BAD. Didn’t want to complain over the counter as I already felt miserable. Paid my £19.00 with few words and left. Truly dreadfull.Shown to table covered by used dishes. After 5 mi nutes waiter asked for my order - I asked for the table to be cleared but waiter said that someone else would do this.After a further 10 minutes table had not been cleared so I again asked the waiter to do so, which he did.After a further 10 minutes the waiter brought my order which was not as described on the menu. I rejected the food and asked for the correct dish. After a further 10 minutes the correct food was brought by one of the kitchen staff who apologised saying she did not know what the dish was supposed to be. The whole dismal experience took an hour for only one course Throughout the restaurant was quiet with empty tables and staff talking among themselves.
