McDonald's — Restaurant in Dartford

Our food order was taken down wrong twice at the drive through, then at the window the staff member had no clue about how to rectify it and called a supervisor, the supervisor said "yeah it's been done wrong, but there's nothing we can do about it" and gestured for us to move along, without our breakfast. We refused and she asked us to come in store to sort it out, so we did. No one came to see us so we had to wait another 10 mins to see the shift manager, who looked at the issues and then said, "sorry there's nothing I can do, there's a problem with the app and the system" meaning that I couldn't have the food I ordered, even though I had proof of what I was owed on my phone and my partner had been charged double on the offer that was clearly marked everywhere. After around 30 minutes of waiting around and explaining that we were owed a refund and or food, we got it.......just a silly waste of time and effort, when it could've been sorted out so much more efficiently. Also, there were soooo many other people complaining there too, I'd suggest not going to this place during busy periods as it's not run...

No option for 0 stars, so 1 star it has to be. Which is far to generous for my review! I have not visited this franchise in a few years as would usually use the one in Bluewater. However as they were not opened and my kids were keen to have McDonald’s I decided to use here. First impressions was shambles, people waiting around everywhere, no clear queue as such. Would appear these were Uber drivers and were obviously priority over customers waiting inside. When I finally got to order, a young lad on till was clearly not trained as he had to ask for help with the machine after every item I ordered. No McFlurrys as the machine was broken/ apparently this is a common fault but no one seems to care. I arrived home within 3 mins after collecting my food, as I live close by. Kids burger was burnt that my son said this is bitter, I took the bread roll off and can see this was black! How can they serve this in a happy meal is beyond me. 20 nuggets Luke warm, cold dry fries. The only thing edible was the apple pies. £20 spent on disgusting food. Be warned to never visit here. Unless you like...

They were trying to give our food to someone else, when they disputed they took the fizzy drinks and added our coffee and gave it to us. After taking a seat, we realised the fries are missing. Asked and got the fries. Then the coffee wasn't hot enough, went back to the counter and when I mentioned it to the lady at the counter, she touched the cup outside and said 'what is wrong with this? This is hot'. I just drank some of it quickly (to imply, if it is hot, then I can't drink this quick) and said it isn't hot enough. Another lady who was there offered me another drink. She eventually brought a coffee to the desk but it wasn't what I paid for (I paid for a caramel latte but only got the latte). The 2nd coffee also wasn't hot (maybe all their drinks are like this). I couldn't be bothered to change again. Decided not to visit this branch again. Spending £20 and having a 'not hot' latte isn't very good. Not many people as it was Monday 8.30pm. The outside of the venue looked quite pleasant with seating...
