Fantastically warm and cosy atmospheric pub, full of character and history. Very friendly bar staff with quick service. Great background music too! Someone has good taste! Completely unpretentious venue, and clearly very popular with locals and visitors alike. We have felt welcome and comfortable on all our visits and particularly enjoy taking our drinks out to the little green opposite the pub and watching paragliders wheeling in the air above the hill nearby.
