Burger King — Restaurant in Doncaster

The worst customer service. In an empty service station ordered some food to staff who looked like they hadn't seen a soul all day and they couldnt have been more rude. No smiles no pleases or thank yous snatching the money etc. There were no tables availible (they were all turned upside down) even though it was 2pm. When I asked if we could have a seat I was informed they would need more money to use the seat and that I had been informed of this before buying my food? In the end I just left and thanked them for the worst customer service. If you want food go down the road and stop anywhere else. After covid this is a terrible attitude to have to customers. Stopped here a few times on the way to Durham to visit family. Not by choice, just coincidentally need to use the facilities around the same time of the journey. The food services are okay from both vendors. The toilets are absolutely vile. There are only 3 toilets causing constant long queues and on our previous visit one of these was out of order making the queues longer. On our recent visit on the 27/12/24 the state of the toilets was completely unsanitary. Faeces smeared across the back of the toilet seat, tissues all over the floor aswell as water/urine. As a stop over destination, you can't say too much about the food, as it is exactly what you expect. However, the building is a cold area, both in climate and atmosphere. I tried to order at the counter for Burger King, but was told in no uncertain terms to order on the digital screen even though no one else was around. At least Gregs were more accommodating.
