Burger King — Restaurant in Doncaster

Food was just generally your mediocre Burger King so yeah fair but what stood out as being particularly a bit rubbish is the fact we heard someone say they thought their order was wrong and it turned out it wasn't, it was just they had apparently ran out of chips and gave the man onion rings instead. The funny thing was is that you could clearly see all the chips sat there waiting to be bagged up. It then got to our turn and she did the same thing again, didn't give chips but gave extra onion rings.. Now its not the end of the world but what got me is when asked about it she said they had ran out but she could get us some if we want them. I said all you have to do is let the customers know.. I'm sorry we haven't got many chips left, could we exchange them for onions rings.. She said I thought you'd know.. I said how? How would we know? It doesn't say anywhere.. Anyway. We got extra onion rings and chips in the end which was fine but it was just the fact that they just didn't tell anyone and Im guessing hoping people wouldn't bother coming back. They were busy and times are hard at the moment so fair play to them for getting it all out and not long waits but I thought it was a bit crazy they weren't honest about it.. Especially when you could see there were chips...

Pulled in here yesterday evening. Ordered on the screen board which was fine, ordered take out, not eat in. No receipt produced by the machine. Luckily I remembered my order number. I chose a double cheese burger, large & the supersized for an extra 50p. Large fries & large strawberry milkshake. I had to wait about 20 minutes which wasn't too bad considering it was in the early evening and there were quite a few customers. When my order came up I grabbed it and walked. When I got to my car and opened the bag I couldn't believe the small size of the double cheese burger and to think I supersized too. Seriously it was a 4 bites and gone. The quality was disgusting, it wasn't hot. I have used other Burger Kings in the past and the food has always been good. This services outlet is part of the Burger King chain so the quality etc should be identical to any other. Why is this not the case? There is no excuse. The prices are the same, I'm paying for below 3rd rate food as far as that burger was concerned. I won't...

Absolutely shocking. Standard burgers are pathetic for the price. Single small patties, one bit of gherkin , and drowned in sauce that disintegrated the bread bun £5!!!!! Fries come cold and over seasoned (even though I was the only one there how did they actually cook "fresh" cold fries??). They got my order wrong, I went back and waited (still no customers there. Waited whilst staff chatted right in front of me, had to actually draw their attention with a loud "excuse me"). No apology, just got the look from guy behind the counter that I had personally insulted him. £26 for 3 small burgers and 2 fries. Thought burger king charged more than McDonald's because the quality was better..... This is definitely not the case. Save yourself some money and find...
