👇Edit below this paragraph👇: Much better than the town one where the staff don't even try to hide their disdain for the customers. Very patient for example saying order numbers 10 times for delivery app drivers who just sit talking while some poor souls food goes cold! I will be back for sure.👇

EDIT: 2 stars taken off for ignorant staff including the George mcfly looking manager that will happily act like you don't exist when stood a couple of feet away. Once I was just trying to say I didn't get a ticket and the little blonde foreign girl was all wide eyes crooked neck and had a big sarcastic "yeah we knowing order will be gunna ready be when ready isn't it!" I only got to the "hi I've placed an order an..." Part out. Wow!🤭😅And George mcfly is just Hella rude sometimes, he will stand against the wall on the far inside right of the service counter arms folded facing the kitchen, totally ignoring you. Another time I asked a member of staff for sauce and after giving it to me I tried to say something else, to which she just walked 2 feet to the wrapping/bagging bit and ignored me, giving George a "tsk customers, am I right!?! Look, or maybe in hindsight it was a "I'm so sorry Mr mcfly, I will try harder not to talk to the customers for more than the alloted 2.4 seconds I promise, Mr mcfly sir" Look. Maybe it all comes from him. I saw him refuse 2 kids service because as he said "didn't like the look of them" and although he admitted he didn't know them specifically, he tried justifying it saying it was because he has had "issues with the "local kids" before" so now just bans them all! I wonder if he implements this rule with other groups in society that have had members that have "caused issues". Really weird vibes starting to show. Not all staff are bad though and maybe it all just stems from mcflys tyrannical fast food dictatorship. Only time will tell....

Even a 1 star rating is too much for this place. I have been to many McDonald’s across the country and this one was by far the most appalling experience ever😤😤.It started as I noticed when I pulled up outside all of the bins were overflowing with rubbish and litter all over the place🗑️,it wasn’t busy so the staff could’ve emptied these easily. I then stepped inside to be told, quite rudely, to order on a screen which is extremely complicated for most people, I even asked to order at the counter but was shut down - probably too much to ask for them to actually do their job right? 😒I could see the staff in the kitchen were all chatting or on their mobile phones. The food took 15/20 minutes to be called so by the time I got it, it was at no surprise it was stone cold🥶😡despite paying over £15 for this meal for 1😲. 75% of the tables were full of rubbish and trays which hadn’t been cleared🤢.Management is atrocious and should be overseeing work, left very underwhelmed and judged by staff laughing and joking loudly. Absolutely disgusting that I witnessed a member of team verbally attack a table of school children 15yrs ish. They were minding their own business, but a staff member kept watching them. A young girl demanding to know why they were being stared at whilst eating. The staff member came over and wanted them out just because the girl wanted to know. The staff member inaccurately said one the girls was a boy as he looked manly. She just said I don't care what it is. She lent over the table and said if any of them were out side waiting she would knock them out. She was a horrible staff member. Them young girls did nothing wrong and didn.t deserve the abuse that the staff member gave them....I approached the staff member and tried to calm her down saying it was unjustified she went to the manager who said well it's here word against theirs. Disgusting she didn.t want to difuse the situation or even care what had happened..... disgusting behavior and abuse...
