I would rate zero if I could!! Taken payment twice from our account and unwilling to resolve, terrible customer service! As a customer for a couple of years and ordering multiple times a month I would at least expect them to resolve! Absolutely shocking. Will not be ordering again.
EDIT As a customer I would have expected you to deal with this better than you have. I do not understand how my bank can resolve this when my proof clearly shows that 2 payments have been accepted by you. You sent me a screenshot of a payment received, how do I know that there isnāt 2 screenshots of both payments? There isnāt any proof that the second payment wasnāt received? You have seen proof that 2 payments have been taken by you and then try to blame āonlineā by saying you havenāt received it. So you are saying my money is just floating somewhere? Order was totally wrong so tried to call them ASAP as the driver sped off too quickly to catch him. Phone doesn't ring through after a dozen attempts so tried to email. It's obvious no takeaway reads emails but even the order processor, Ace Order, doesn't have a working email or phone number. Won't bother ordering again and it's only my general laziness and the order being 20 quid, that I don't drive to Bentley and ask them to sort it...
