We ordered from here tonight after softplay to get some "fast" food and I completely wish we hadn't.

Estimated delivery was 7.25-7.45 so I thought fine. Came to 7.51 and as some was for Jack I thought wasn't having my bairn hungry, so I phoned.

"The other guy took it and this guy's just came back" oh great super helpful. I had to ask...when will it arrive and he said should be there just now. Ten minutes later....

I phone again. One guy can't be professional enough to deal with me so I'm passed to a LOVELY GIRL. She was actually nice. But gave the excuses of Uber eats having unrealistic estimated arrival times. That ain't my fight. My fight is with your takeaway. You've got a problem with Uber eats you fix that not me. Anyway she said she'd get her manager to call me. And he did.

Oh my dear Christ he shouldn't be running a business. " What he's not there, you've not got your order" as if I'm lying. I told him he was welcome to come in the house and double check. Then stated he was standing right next to the driver and it was delivered. Then admitted to the wrong address. Kids its always best to employ delivery drivers who know numbers. Tip for future.

Anyway I said I wanted it redelivered and a full refund. He agreed and said " that's what you were after all along" I didn't swear about that till I ended the call. That was unprofessional. Anyway 45 minutes that ....the food arrived. The lassie was lovely - yes he sent his employee to deal with me🤷‍♀️ Turns out the driver was on route to high valley field having not checked a simple bloody postcode. He then delivered it to 63 of our street instead of 42....

Today, very disappointed I have to leave only 1 star because, it was my first order yesterday by Uber eats, we ordered a pizza at half past 7pm around or quarter to 20, but the pizza arrived at 21:10. It comes with haggies large. I have paid more than 20 pounds. 24£ I think, but the food was cooked and waiting for the driver for long time. The pizza and the huggies was dried. I had to put the pizza in my own overn but i couldn't do anything for it. The huggies and chips wasn't possible to eat that. Money wasted... not happy at all. Not recommend. Workers must to redo my dinner before go. Dinner after 20 minutes waiting for to be deliver was not the best performance by the workers on the restaurant. Placed order at 20:45. Rang at 22:00 to see where order was. Was told rudely they were busy. Pointed out to the rude woman that wasn't my problem and they shouldn't take orders they could not fulfill. Food arrived 22:25 and she was polite and said sorry for the delay. When I asked her to wait for a second so I could check the food she got rude and aggressive. Checked food and it was freezing cold. Handed it to her to take back, but restaurant closes at 22:00 so presume that is their angle that you can't ring to complain and will suffer it but not this time. Claimed refund from just eat and screw their really bad service and greed. Would stay away whether collection or delivery if that's the way...
