Burger King — Restaurant in East Cambridgeshire

Cirst time ever coming here. Terrible service sat at drive through for 20 mins to get up to the speaker with a sign that said only accepting cash. Spoke to the guy at service window saying it would be helpful to have A. A larger sign or a member of staff seems there is enough of you to go out and warn the drivers rather than make them wait. Then they could have the option to get money out the cashpoint. His response was. " its not my problem" I said well as a business isn't it better to interact with people than have annoyed customers that won't return he replied "it doesn't matter" on my way out I made 4 cars in the queue aware and they all turned and went to mcdonalds. AVOID this place terrible attitude, they don't care about their customers so makes me think they don't care about the food...

After starting my delivery at 6am by the time i got to Ely i was ready for something to eat and I'd heard that Berger King did breakfasts so i thought id try it. BIG MISTAKE i had a egg and bacon thing the egg was like a yellow rubber with no flavour the bun was so old and stale it started to fall apart and again tasted realy bad and some how the crispy bacon tasted of fish ????

I stopped at a Berger King about 6 months ago and had a meal that resembled road kill i took pictures and complained and there response was a rather limp sorry. I dont know what is going on in there management but they have now lost my custom and my family of five for good. I predict a bankruptcy in the future if things...

Oh, what can I say ! Delicious. I opted for the Double Cheeseburger, fries and drink option, my wife had the Chicken Royale meal, fries and drink option. Was delicious, much better than Maccy D's and with comparable prices. Both were served as they should be, hot, fries were salted to perfection. Also have to add that the fries were more like chips, long chunky and hot unlike their competitors up the road whose fries are skinny limp and tepid. I highly recommend Burger King and won't be wasting any more money at Maccy D's again. Bargain just being up the road. Worth a visit anytime and with very friendly...
