350 Burger — Restaurant in East Hampshire

Nice burger but THE WORSE SERVICE. Have eaten here a number of times and every time the burger is good which is why we’ve gone back the counter service is just terrible. You’re totally ignored until someone bothers to flick you a glance but then you’re looked at like an inconvenience, if you’re lucky someone will take your order but that’s a strange experience with about 15 people behind the counter. Lots of youngster messing around waiting to go out with delivery orders which is all the business is really interested in.

Something very fishy about the place given the owner seems to run every food outlet in the Shed except the ice cream place! Sort it out or the whole place...

Went to the outside cinema in Bordon for the evening, we were recommended to get food delivered to our car from 350 burger (based in the building across the road) by the cinema operator, placed our order, and waited…. 1 1/2 hours later and the film had finished, still no food, contacted 350 who offered to cook it if we would drive round and collect it! Went around to speak to someone, got no answers, no apologies and they certainly came across as couldn’t be bothered, clearly more interested in making stories than burgers. Very poor customer service. Really...

No complaints about the food, it was lovely, it was a very nice burger and chips. However, £21.10 for 2 burgers, 2chips and 2 cans of Coke. Really? It wasn't £21 nice. To be honest I expected the burger to come with chips soon as it cost me £6, I'm not sure what's going on with these businesses locally but do they all think that we are made of money, this is Bordon not Chelsea. If you guys want repeat custom you' need to lower your prices because I will not be back, and I'm sure I'm not...
