Terrible English breakfast worst I've had in years. Went there for family breakfast for the first time and it might be the last time . Costumer service not the best. Sausages were changed by supplier was the excuse. Sorry guys that's not my problem you are serving them. Fair to the guys they gave us 10% discount at the till. The hash browns weren't great either. No choice of the toast just white bread with butter. I can't have white bread unfortunately . Eggs undercooked. Plenty of competition around Bordon area and trust me I can cook better in my own kitchen or if I stood in your kitchen. Maybe caught them on a bad day in the kitchen ? Shame as we live in a walking distance from the cafe but as usual either have to travel elsewhere. I hope this is taken as a constructive criticism and...

I tried this place for the 1st time today, I wanted a full English breakfast, We wanted a couple items swapped, which they did with willingness. The service was good but the food could do with improving, I like my fried eggs sunny side up and runny, and since this is the norm, I expected the same. The eggs came sunnyside down and the yolk was hard, thus causing the eggs to be a tad tasteless, I feel the staff should have asked how I like my eggs and not assume, if asked I would have let them know. The beans were exceptionally watery and a tasteless too. The toast looked at the toaster and decided no, don't want to be toasted. Went for lunch earlier today with my granny and mum, the waiter served a boiling hot omelette to my granny but couldn’t reach across the table and left it in-front of my 4 month old son. Before I could stop him he grabbed a handful of omelette and has burned the palm of his hand. The staff offered no apologies, or first aid only brought a glass of cold water over when I asked them to. Even then they had 0 sense of urgency and took some time to bring the water over, our food was then cold by the time we settled the baby whilst they stood awkwardly staring at us from the counter until we left.
