Restaurant @ Manor of Groves — Restaurant in East Hertfordshire

We arrived at 6.00pm was told there was a problem with the water so may be a problem showering/bathing as there was so many people using it at the same time. We was checking the water every half an hour untill 9.00 and the water was dribbling out so was unable to wash and get ready to go out for dinner. No drinking water was provided in the room, when we asked a reception for water the man offered a bottle of water and explained it was nearly £5.00 for a 750ml. He was not the friendlinest either. The 1 star is for the young man who greeted us for breakfast who was very friendly and welcoming. As for the lady at reception who dealt with us when we were leaving there was no question about how our stay was or nothing just thank you bye. We paid a fair amount of money to stay at Manor of groves for the night and feel the basics was not met. Very very disappointed and would strongly recommend not staying here unless you are OK with not having any water to wash and staff who are not interested in any...
