Domino's Pizza - Tattershall — Restaurant in East Lindsey

Absolutely shocking place! Used domino's as the safe option as we were away for the weekend and wasn't sure what takeaways were nice and we have never had an issue with any other domino's before until this one!..phoned to order for delivery and pay on the phone as they closed in 5 mins they refused and told me to do it quickly online so ordered in a rush and payed online the delivery changed to collection once payment had gone through so I called them back straight away explained what had happened they refused to deliver i told them I would pay again for delivery they refused said I had to collect I explained we had been drinking so couldn't drive so he offered me a 50% refund as it was already been cooked which i refused as there is no way it was cooking within 20 seconds of me placing my order got passed to manager who was so rude and unhelpful basically was told it was my problem not his managed to get someone to take us to collect they were all just sat around so unprofessional, ignorant and very rude and the pizza was the most shocking domino's pizza I have eaten! (Or not eaten!) Definitely would NEVER eat here again..100% AVOID THIS PLACE! Food quality was rubbish customer service was rubbish save...

This place gets poor reviews and for a good reason. Pizza is consistently poor quality, delivery consistency is very poor, sometimes you’ll deliver, sometimes you won’t. To top it all off, I have now contracted extremely bad food poisoning from eating at your restaurant. I’m very disappointed, and though I had a professional response from the management and particularly from the service team who profusely apologised, I will be reporting you to the food standards agency for an urgent review following my illness and the reviews of others of this restaurant.

Ordered on the app for delivery and the prices were more expensive than our other local pizza place apart from delivery, but as it was new to the community we thought we'd try it, sadly it was extremely disappointing, we had a plain cheese and a pepperoni and the pizzas were REALLY unpleasantly salty, cooked well but really not a nice flavour, and the chips (for £5!)
