Greggs — Restaurant in East Lindsey

A polite lady had served me and forgot sauce on my sandwich which I then realise when I got back to my car I then went back in, a young lad had served me I have politely ask for him to add ketchup to my sandwich due to having any when I asked he then rolled his eyes at me took the sandwich and put a drop of sauce on it then put it back the counter and said there, no apologies no real customer service. As fantastic as usual, clean, tidy, efficient, polite service, not hurried but no great wait for courses, food exceptional, can't recommend highly enough. Only minus I found the floor very slippery (due to an injury I'm on two crutches at the moment) lots of warning slippery/wet floor signs, staff are aware and have arrangements for this to be rectified, but just mentioned to make anyone in similar situation aware, did not detract...
