KFC — Restaurant in East Lindsey

1 star is being generous.... upon trying this KFC and giving it the benefit of the doubt for the umpteenth time I cannot hold back from giving a review. on about 5 occasions now they have ran out of chicken?? to this most recent time you drive round the drive through to see them actually cooking it.. several occasions of not being told they have no lids to their cups after ordering 4 plus drinks, to which when we have asked to swap for a bottle or 2 as an alternative they deny or make the excuse they do not know how to make the swap on the tills. customer service and organisation in this place is non existent you go through the drive through and it takes so long I almost turned into a fossil... yet you try the alternative and go inside to order direct and they ignore you until you eventually gain their attention to which then they act put out and give a poor attitude in response... management in this venue seem non existent whilst spending most of the time round the back of the counter fooling around with the kitchen staff.. I'm sure as big of a franchise KFC are there is some sort of external or internal auditing process.. it's not like there aren't 100 more reviews/complaints just like myself that they can't use for continuous improvement... very very poor... Hurry up McDonalds is...

Kfc louth is by far the worst one in the country! Beans where burnt, chips had been re heated I don’t know how many times and I had to rebuild the burger as it was all over the box.

I went through the drive through the last at the window didn’t smile and asked If I Could Park In bay 2 as it will Be a couple Of Minutes … 25 minutes later I was still waiting so went into the shop only to find another customer complaining to staff. I still had to wait another 5 minutes , I told staff I wasn’t happy and the girl ‘ supervisor ‘ said tough 🤷‍♀️ I explained that before them I had been to McDonald’s to collect my childrens food and now it’s so cold it’s ruined I then got told by this girl It was my fault and I should of forced my children to Eat it when it Was warm and blamed me For Taking 30 minutes for the food from KFC . I got absolutely no apology off her and she was just aggressive. When I got the food the box wasn’t together correctly and was pretty much thrown at me! I intend to take this...

Food was ok too much seasoning on chips, had it brought to table meal included bottle of drink no cups brought out. Meal included popcorn chicken wasn’t supplied had to ask for it. Floor and tables filthy not been cleaned in hours and as we were the only diners not like the staff had much to do. Didn’t bother to venture to the toilets , as if the restaurant was anything to judge by it would be a mess. The main door was shut and you had to use the side door which was jammed open with 2 chairs so it was blowing a gale inside, there was no notice on the door saying out of order please use other door so purely guess work. I have used this branch a lot as it’s my local and it is always a mess , we have had rude staff when reporting cold food. Yet other branches I have been to seem so much better.
