Nelson Butt — Restaurant in East Lindsey

I along with my wife, our dog and another couple have just returned from what was a fabulous meal and night out at the Nelson Butt Spilsby, we along with about two hundred others missed out on a pre booked Valentines night at the Butt as a result of a mechanical failure in the kitchen. I rebooked for the first available night after this and we were treated like Kings and Queens, Ellie, Erica (top chef)and the rest of the serving staff really pulled out the stops even allocating us a separate side room so dear Scooter, our beloved dog could come with us. A very nice touch thank you. The food the welcome the atmospher just could not have been better. Very fair prices not a single thing could have been bettered. Well done to you all...

Called in here with the family for an evening meal after a day at the beach. We arrived before serving started but were accommodated in the bar and seated just before 6pm. The food was good and all 5 different meals were decent sizes. Onion rings on the side were huge and again more than enough for all 5 of us to try and leave a couple over. The staff were a good bunch, attentive and helpful. Small car park at the back for around 4 or so cars otherwise park across the street in public car park. delicious roast dinners always with a veggie option available at really good prices. when i went the vegetarian option was a roasted vegetable and goat cheese tart which came with an incredible tomato and olive sauce as well as all the standard roast trimmings. it even came with home made yorkshire pudding!

also a selection of traditional pub puddings available too, the fudge cake was delicious.

would definitely recommend booking in advance because there was a sign outside saying no room for food when we arrived.

think it was only about £13...
